1989 Frers 38—Very well-kept example of this performance cruiser. The boat is fully fitted for comfortable, extended cruising with many options including pressured hot and cold water with shower, Norcold 4408 refrigeration, 2-burner propane stove/oven, extra 30-gallon water tank, 110 VAC shorepower, forepeak with a double berth and custom mattress, main cabin with two settee berths, aft cabin with a double berth, and ample storage space with hanging lockers and drawers.
Seller has upgraded/replaced almost all systems and components as needed over 6 seasons as can be seen in four pages of detail. For example, the electronics have been upgraded for more restful cruising (day, night or fog) with B&G Autopilot, B&G touch screen multifunction display with 4G radar package, several remote displays and Standard Horizon VHF with AIS.
Seller commissioned extensive repair of the foredeck including new chain plates to remedy the wet foredeck found when he purchased Sanctuary. Subsequent survey found the hull and deck is dry.
