The Ray Hunt design Black Watch 30 started at C.E. Ryder in Bristol RI in 1986 and within 2 years was purchased by Ted Hood / Little Harbor and moved to Portsmouth RI where it continued to be built until 1996. This design was so significant it evolved into the Little Harbor Whisper Jet series.
This 1990 and the early 1990 built boats remain sought after due to their superb high-tech construction at TH/LH. The design was well received by serious anglers because her deep-V hull earned an early reputation for good handling and sea-keeping characteristics, and with nearly an 11' beam was a stable platform.
Strike II has always been well maintained by her current long term owner. Not only are electronics up to date, Strike II received two rebuilt 0 hour Cummings 250hp diesel motors in 2021, currently only having 800 hours of use.
An excellent platform for charter fishing or the weekend cruise to the islands, she is ready for her next adventures.
